The difference between particleboard and density board

(one)

1. Particleboard is made by pressing waste wood such as sawdust branches. A wood-based panel made of wood or other lignocellulosic materials and glued under the action of heat and pressure after applying an adhesive. Intuitively speaking, the cross-section of the particle board is composed of three layers, the outer two are fine particles, and the middle layer is relatively large particles (if the middle layer is a relatively inferior plate, the particles will also be relatively poor. Small, and the color is dark, the particles in this layer of good wood will be larger, slender and granular, and the color is bright and the healthy wood color in the trunk)

2. MDF, also known as fiberboard, fiberboard is made by soaking wood, tree technology and other objects in water and then crushing and pressing. It is made of wood fiber or other plant fiber and applied with urea-formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives. man-made sheet. Looking at the cross section of the particle board, it is all fine wood particles of the same color and material pressed together

 (two)

1. Particleboard, nail holding force, water expansion rate, and moisture resistance are relatively good. Panel furniture is mostly used as the base material because its interior is granular structure, which is not easy to be milled, so it is generally flat.

2. MDF has stronger modeling ability than particleboard. For example, the base material of the PVC door panel of the cabinet is MDF, and the wood ornaments in the car are also selected because it can form a curved shape.
